Delete your account and data
This page explains how to delete your account in the Запись клиентов (ClientNotebook) app for Android and on clientnotebook.ru, which data is deleted, and what is kept and for how long.
Option 1. Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open the Запись клиентов app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Tap Continue, tell us briefly why you are leaving, and tap Delete. You will be signed out and the account is deleted right away.
Option 2. Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app (for example, you uninstalled it or forgot your password), email zaharcka@gmail.com from the email address of your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account. The account will be deleted within 30 days and we will reply to confirm.
Before you delete: cancel your subscription
Deleting the account does not cancel a Premium subscription — it is billed by the store. Cancel it first in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in RuStore (Profile → Subscriptions). Deletion is permanent: data can't be restored, and purchases are not transferred to a new account.
Data that is deleted
Deleted immediately and permanently from our database:
- account: email, password hash, Google sign-in link, username (public page address);
- profile and settings: name, phone, city, profession, description, language, working hours, days off;
- your clients (names, phone numbers, notes), visits and visit series;
- showcase items (services and prices) and your public booking page with its statistics;
- subscription status and in-app purchase records linked to the account;
- push notification token, app version, sign-in history and IP addresses, in-app hints history, analytics of paywall views;
- uploaded photos (avatar and showcase images) — removed from our file storage at the same time.
Data that is kept, and for how long

Payment records held by Google Play or RuStore are governed by their own privacy policies. Guest accounts (“Continue without registration”) are deleted automatically after 7 days of inactivity.
Delete some data without deleting the account
You can delete individual clients, visits, showcase items and photos directly in the app at any time — they are removed immediately. To delete other specific data (for example, support chat messages), email zaharcka@gmail.com and we will do it within 30 days.
